Job Description :

Job Description :

  • Recruitment & Selection – Manage the recruitment and selection process for roles in Malaysia – drafting job advertisements, initial screening/interviewing of candidates responding through the staffing mailboxes and liaison with agencies where appropriate. Coordinating with compensation and benefits on market data and making offers to candidates.
  • Employee Onboarding – responsible for all new hire orientation and full spectrum of on-boarding activities.
  • Benefits – Oversee the implementation of benefits administration including insurance policies administration, enrolment, deletion and renewal, self-administered medical/dental/ maternity benefits, annual/medical leave tracking. Develop and recommend changes and improvements to benefits programs to ensure best practice.
  • HR Business Partner - Provide 1st level HR advisory, consulting and coaching services to line managers as required. Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategy for Malaysia.
  • Performance Management – guide and coach managers on performance issues. Ensure bi-annual performance reviews are carried out effectively across the business. Ensure probation reviews are conducted and appropriate action is taking place.
  • HR Reporting- assist with the completion of relevant HR reporting for salary surveys; budgeting process and other reports as required

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma/Degree in HRM with at least 3-5 years of relevant HR experience

Job Description :

  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of company testing systems and software
  • Provide first and second-level support for technical problems submitted by company testing centers via all forms of communication modes, including phone, fax, email and internet chat.
  • Accurately record all activities undertaken by creating Magic tickets in the Magic Service Desk call tracking system.
  • Escalate Magic tickets to appropriate Magic groups or users as required, and follow up accordingly
  • Monitor specified Magic queues, ensuring appropriate action taken on all personally assigned tickets
  • Ensure all problems are resolved in accordance with metrics, or escalated to management
  • Submit or maintain Magic Knowledgebase documents as necessary using outlined procedures
  • Work with other Help Desk staff or relevant departments to resolve problems

Job Requirements :

  • 2 years of experience in a technical and/or help desk support capacity
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of current operating systems
  • Good general knowledge of hardware and software used across a variety of platforms
  • Sound working knowledge of networks – particularly Novell and Windows 2000
  • Familiarity with data communications, Internet protocols and modems
